A more detailed reset

Deep cleaning for buildup and overlooked areas

Deep cleaning goes beyond routine upkeep. PRMB Cleaning builds a detailed checklist around the condition of the home or business, the surfaces that need extra attention and the time required to do the work carefully.

When a deep clean is the better fit

A deeper service is often appropriate when routine cleaning no longer addresses visible buildup or when a first visit needs extra detail before ongoing maintenance.

Built-up detail

Baseboards, edges, reachable fixtures, cabinet fronts, grout areas and other agreed details that are easy to miss in routine upkeep.

First professional visit

A home or business may need a reset before a simpler recurring checklist can maintain the result.

Seasonal or event reset

A more thorough visit before or after guests, seasonal changes or a period with limited maintenance.

Typical priorities to discuss

  • Kitchen grease and detailed surfaces
  • Bathroom buildup and grout attention
  • Baseboards, trim and reachable ledges
  • Doors, frames and touch points
  • Floors, edges and under accessible furniture
  • Inside appliances or cabinets when added

What deep cleaning does not automatically include

A deeper clean is still a defined cleaning service, not restoration, hazardous-material removal, pest treatment or unlimited organizing. Exterior windows, heavy debris, high-access work and specialty restoration require separate confirmation.

Photos of the most difficult areas help prevent an estimate based only on square footage.

How we scope the work

  1. Describe the condition honestly.Share when the space was last professionally cleaned and where buildup is concentrated.
  2. Choose the priorities.Identify must-have rooms and optional add-ons if the project needs to fit a budget or time window.
  3. Confirm exclusions and access.Discuss fragile surfaces, high areas, heavy items and anything that should not be moved.
  4. Review the result.Use the agreed checklist to evaluate the completed scope.

Deep cleaning questions

How is deep cleaning different from standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning supports ongoing upkeep. Deep cleaning allocates more time to buildup and detailed areas named in the quote.

Is inside the oven or refrigerator included?

Only when listed in the quote. Interior appliance work changes the time and preparation required, so request it in advance.

Can I prioritize only part of the property?

Yes. Tell us which rooms matter most. A focused scope can be more useful than spreading the available time too thin.

Can a deep clean remove every stain or permanent mark?

No cleaning company should guarantee removal of permanent damage, worn finishes or stains that require restoration. We identify limitations when they are visible.
